The massager can be used in the shower, and with moisturiser or body oil! The handle is long enough to massage your entire back. Using the PMD Clean Body is pretty sensual anyway, but the Relax Body Massager Head will leave you in a state of blissful relaxation.

This is also perfect to use during a pedicure to remove any hard callous skin from the feet. I can get dry skin and small bumps on my arms and legs ( Keratosis Pilaris), and the intense exfoliation attachment helped to smooth out my skin. It isn’t something I would use daily, maybe once or twice per week.
I LOVE this attachment! It’s definitely an intense exfoliation, but leaves my skin super soft whenever I use it. The Silverscrub lathers up shower gel nicely and isn’t harsh on the skin at all. This head is perfect for an all-over body cleanse, I’d suggest switching up the vibration settings for a luxurious and relaxing shower. The Silver Infused Loofah is anti-bacterial and exfoliates the skin without spreading bacteria. If you’d prefer a skincare device specific to your face, why not try the PMD Clean instead.
I found it to be very gentle and my skin felt cleaner than ever after use. Personally, I’ve used the cleanse setting on my face to give myself a mini facial, using the lowest vibration.
